making Expert Agent a badge that the consumer recognises. The
message is that Expert Agent members offer better
communication and feedback to their clients through use of
more efficient technology. We have started to promote this in
local and national PR. Our members advertise the logo and use
our point of sale material.
We are now actively pursuing opportunites for our members - particularly those that give Expert Agent members a unique advantage.
